Guiding Believers into Ministry

The Body Life Journey process connects new believers and new members to the church body, grows disciples through continuing discipleship, and guides people into ministry areas. It is an intentional discipling process that includes new believer and new member orientation, assimilation, gifts and relational style discovery, and identification of ministry opportunities based on giftedness. Studies have shown that churches that plan for evangelism and discipleship are more successful in building and retaining relationships with new members and existing members. Establishing, nurturing, and multiplying meaningful relationships is essential to Kingdom discipleship.
